What do I do next?

I have a case 1370 that is getting air in hydraulic oil. The two site glasses show oil that is filled air. What I have done. Pulled pto housing off. Removed filters and charge pump. Back washed hydraulic pick up filter with diesel. Thought it might be clogged . Got a lot of trash out from pto disc that was destroyed 4yrs ago got good flow out back of tractor.
The reason for this is because I will be plowing along that it acts like it pops out of gear or the clutches just let go. Idle the tractor back down and let off on inching pedal and it take off again.
I believe the air has a lot to do with it.
Reassembled with all new gaskets. It has mentioned that need a flow meter but if I have air in oil it is not going to be a true reading.
Where do I go from here?

Well , I dont know alot , but I do listen and try to pik up a lot of knowledge along the way. i think the only air you have in the system is a vacuum from the main sump that sounds like you tried to flush out . ? I saw pictures of a 1570 that had trash around the main sump ,,. it starved the tranny of oil and gutted the tranny to the tune of nearly $9,000 in repairs ..i think it will have to be split under the cab to work on it ,clean it ,,. And at that point You might see componets that need replaced . NOT a job for a NOVICE like Me. ,. You probably did some good with the flushing you did ,,. but that crud from the pto may not be all that is in there ... Good Luck .

Do not know if you are a Facebook guy but there is a group on there for Case tractors. I know a very knowledgeable individual on those PS Cases that used to post here moved over there.

I put old hydraulic oil back in but filter it through a couple of tee shirts into 5gal buck then used diesel pump to pump it back in.(wasn't going to put new oil if i am tearing it back down.) The Transmission gauge is in the green peg actually. And both site glasses are full . 32 gallons best I could tell .

After the tractor is running it is common for the sight glass oil to look like that. When ever the engine is running the four speed gears are turning and churning some air into the oil. The problem you are describing might have nothing to do with your hydraulic oil condition. Further testing is required to take a guess at pinpointing your problem.
