What do I have here?

What do I have here with this shifter arrangement? As best I can read the tag the Model is RE, and sn# is 65591. Thank you for the help.

Thatr's the engine serial number plate. It's a 1944, about half way through the serial numbers for that year. The tractor plate should be on the transmission on the right side below the shifter, in that area.
