What do you know about railroads

Good luck. We have a BNSF culvert at work that is collapsed under a spur that enters our property and they won't fix it. Since BNSF discovered it is on their right of way and their responsibility, they stopped answering my emails and phone calls.

Call your governors office and they will force them to fix it/compensate for loss. This is how I got BNSF to repair the same issue that damaged one of my alfalfa fields. They fixed it right away and compensated me for the damage to my field.

You might be surprised what the local guys can do if you have a yard in a nearby town go pay them a visit.

That is a good idea.
"Go to them as if Hey guys, can you vist the spot and see if you can fix this?"

Before you report it or pursue it higher up the ladder.

Make them think they could run out there, pull the rail they drove thru the culvert, etc.
And nobody beyond that crew will ever know the effed it up,
