What Engine is in a 1958 MHF SP60?

The Engine I think I have in my 1958 Massey Harris Ferganson SP60 combine is a (217 cubic inch L-head six cylinders). If I'm wrong does anyone know what it is? Does anyone know where ells the engine was used and if there is a 12v conversion for one or one like it?

That was a Chrysler engine, distributor is on the block side. Continental flathead engines have the distributor on top of the cylinder head.
