What is a 1945 UTS ?

I know of a 45 UTS mostly complete just missing one of the hood wings. It does run and is fairly straight and tight. According to my book its the first year for the crown fenders and its a solid block just wondering if it sounds like it is worth 2,000.

If it has the lights and fenders without a lot of dents and runs good. Of coarse the tires are the important part you can add $1500. for new rubber. I can't believe how much tires have gone up in the last year. But yes I think it is worth $2000.
