Looks like someone torch cut an iron seat out of a flat piece of red painted sheet metal. I don?t think it is from any implement or very old.

It has the appearance of a cast iron seat from a old tractor or implement -- however it dosent
appear to allow room for two legs , just one and being lop sided is that the camera angle or does
it really look like that ? We have nothing for scale/size in the pic --- how big is it?

That thar is a jenuwine side saddle tractor seat.
