What is it?

I drained the oil out of the Clutch housing on my SC
yesterday and found this in the bottom.

Two pieces are obviously part of a spring but the other
pieces I can not identify?

The tractor is operational I have not noticed anything
different in the clutch engagement

Your thoughts!

I recognize a part or 2 , Had similar trouble on Pops 51 DC, some 30yrs ago ,. i think it is part of the engagement collar for the hand clutch. the pin came out to cause my troubles due to a bad cotter key , there were only 2 bars engaging the clutch ,,. but, i had no idea. i noticed ever now and again the clutch disengaged or engaged funny ,this went on for a yr.,never thought much of it ,, then one day , the 2nd of 3 broke ,,. We were done /// Tractor Split parts from a donar tractor and Now the Ol'gent sits out back of the barn.. .

Spring is too thick for pressure plate. I am heavily leaning towards clutch. There were many that had 6 springs around the hub to ease the clutch when it took hold. Ive taken apart several that were welded tight when the springs went bad.
