Is this a first attempt at designing an auger? Looks like it lives permanently at site of Lake Itasca Region Pioneer Farmers. That was a great show this past weekend. Does any one know anything about this machine? Somewhat like an elevator and somewhat like an auger.

A small grain elevator... works just like your combine.

Versa tube is a name for it now only the other side isn’t enclosed most bin manufacturers have one that’s just the gsi name for it.

I’d say the photo provided should be evidence to throw out every patent in the last 50 years related to that device
