Door handle tool? If the right size, outer prongs hold the trim rings back & center pin pushes out the pin in handle.

The fork holds the wooble shaft in alighnment while the center post pushs a damaged wiggle pin out of the wooble shaft. It has little value unless you have the other tool used to reverse the process along with a pak of assorted wiggle pins and an instruction manual.
