Any Ideas for removing a stuck hinged implement pin from the back of the tractor?

Mine is held fast. I want to avoid pounding the pin end for concern of mushrooming the pin where the lock pin goes.

coat it good with penetrating oil for a few days.

after a few day take a small hammer and tap on it, then coat it good again,

just take your time, you do not want to break off or crack the differential housing.

best penetrating oil: 50/50% solution of auto trans fluid and acetone.

Do not beat on it the end will brake at hole mine did I still havent got it out also tried pipe wrench to turn no luck bent wrench

You may want to clean paint off pin before you drive it out. I used WD45, small punch and turned pin as it came out.If it gets tight, drive it back in and lubricate and turn to free up.

When all else fails you could try freeze spray, available from plumbing shops to freeze water in pipes in order to save turning off distant or non existant stop cocks. Try warming the cast gently and applying the spray only to the pin then tap gently.

I made a pusher to remove the pin on my to30 very simple to do call me and i will tell you how to do it 740 982 7446 Thanks Vic

One thing I forgot to stress DO NOT POUND ON THE PIN WITHOUT BACKING THEOTHER SIDES OR THE EARS WILL BREAK OFF
