What Jeffcat said?

He spoke about tuning up his Briggs & Stratton V twin Intek 22 hp motors with NGK plugs, and they ran and started much better. I wrote the plug numbers down, but I cannot find them. And we haven't heard from Jeffcat for a long time. Would anyone have those NGK numbers? I have Champion QC12YC in my tractor now.

This what you were remembering?

He didn't just cross, he went to Iridiums. About page 241 is the iridium section of the NGK manual. Go to the NGK cross reference to your current Champion plug and get the dimensions, type spark arrangement and heat range. Take that info with you to the iridium section and get the one that fits. I am through for the night dressed for bed or I't go out and get the number. I put them in all my V twin engines and run 91 gasoline per his recommendations. Great performance. I got mine off ebay for a great price.....NGK tells you how to tell their original plugs, not copies and I got OEM plugs for a great price.
