What model and year?

While working at JD engineering the late '50s, I had a friend that had worked for Oliver engineering up the river from Waterloo. He told me that Oliver had developed a model that had electric over hydraulic system, where one just pushed toggle switches to raise and lower stuff. I never saw one over the years nor heard users belly ache about the "stupid design". So was this just experimental? Leo

The 66, 77 & 88 had electric switches that allowed the operator the operator to raise and or lower the cylinder. The operator could also change the depth by moving the
switches parallel to the steering column.
