This is the loader i posted about help with last night. I was wondering what model it was and if it will fit my 1170?

Are you sure it is a Case? The way it is built, you would need a crane to install it, or remove your front axle. It isn't a Case 70, 75, 65, or 74...

I have a 70 I am not using in Western PA. Don't know where you are?

There are 3 other pictures on the listing. It has the CASE logo on the front of the loader and J.I CASE Co. on the right side. I am in MN.

I think it is a well used/abused 393 loader, from what I can see it has a twisted frame they were made for 430-830 tractors am not sure how it work work on a 6 cylinder tractor, the bucket looks to large in my opinion also if the price was right I could see reparing it but for me it would have to be cheap my two cents cnt

Tom is correct. this loader was built for a "small frame CASE tractor. 200-630 tractors" It will not clear the hood and side panels on your 1170 and the first time you hit something solid it will buckle, again, as it has already been welded and plated on the boom arm.

Don't know model, but I have one just like it, came on a 730ck. Mine looks like it was for a smaller framed Case. Cross bar on frame comes out and frame pieces mount one at a time, then put brace back in. Always thought they were made for Case by New Idea. Looks like they adapt to most any tractor with right mounting plates.

COM Tom, if my memorie severs me right Case built these loaders until the deal with GB came about but I have been wrong before LOL
