What s the scam here

So I ve been seeing this a lot lately on Craigslist. A very nice super clean tractor with low hours for a very cheap price.... so cheap that I know it s not legit.... plus these ads only last a few hours before being flagged.

I m just wondering what does someone get out of this? Unless they are selling a stolen tractor there is no other reason I can think of.

Thoughts?

I pity the people who use their #1 email for purchases such as this.
And I pity the people who don't have a Google Voice number on their phone. My cell has two phone numbers, the carrier one from Illinois and
the Google Voice from Texas.
Heck, even my birthday is faked when I fill in surveys.
