Went to an auction in Larned, Ks. today. Located in the center of the state of Kansas. This was an estate sale of sorts. The guy that owned
the auction company recently passed away and this was his private collection from many years of doing farm auctions in this area. I also
included a picture of the 5 Case tractors that had been professionally restored. All of the tractors ran and where driven to the auction
site. There may be some mistakes in the sale bill, but this is how they were listed and what they brought.

Wheatland 806 Diesel $2,800
Farmall M recent restore Row Crop $2,700

Super A FFA recent restore $2,400
McComick Deering W-6 $1,750

806 Diesel with cab and hyd. $4,000

F Cub with a sickle side mower 5' This went up in a hurry, $4,900

W-30 restored This was the nicest tractor in the group in my opinion. It had a new set of Kelly Springfield tires on the back.
Molded into the top of each tread was the tire size, 14.9-28. $3,050
Super C with a Woods belly mower. It had brand new tires all around. $1,375

So tell me a little more about the M, was it restored or repainted, did it have live hyd or power steering ??

Wow, I would have never thought of the Cubs as the most valuable of the collection.

Man, did he take a beating. Makes no sense to buy a piece of junk when you could have something good for a few dollars more. Amazing the price the cubs bought. Guess you can put them to work right now almost anywhere and they are so cute. That was a heck of a deal on the Super C

Yes, the M had been fully restored. It had almost new tires all around. It had live hydraulics. I don't remember if it had power steering or not. None of the restored ones were spray can jobs. They were all redone correctly, right down to the decals. The M had a serial number listed as 52532 if that does anything for you.

I kick myself for not buying it. It had over a $1,000.00 worth of tires on it. I have a Super C that could have used them. Swapped them out
and then resold the it back to one of the other bidders. When you went to get your number, they were all out of blank divorce forms you could
fill out. I think you get my drift there.

prices as average not too bad. Older tractors are loosing value as the older people are dying off. Most of the younger generation dont care about them any more

You guys down south need to let us folks up here know when another auction with red is gonna happen.

For those prices on correctly restored tractors I would have bought several.

Seriously, auction shopping I will go for those kind of deals.
