That's what someone else just told me. Does anyone know the good or bad about them. I was told it had a Perkins diesel in it.

It could possibly be a 170 also. I has a 236 or 248 Perkins.

Well it says 175 on it so I would guess that's what it is. Someone sent me a picture of it and wanted to know what I thought it was worth. Evidently the person that owns it now is an older gentleman and has owned it for 30 years.

Yes, hopefully it's what it says it is. It's hard to tell. This is an older tractor as it has the traditional front end. The later tractors had a different front support with the hydraulic pump moved from the side of the torque tube(where the belt pulley drive was) to the front of the engine, and a front axle which was supported to the front, instead of to the rear of the engine. One Seventy and early 175 had the 236, then 248. So if it's got the 248, it's a 175. Of course the serial number should show that also.
