Ford 800-Series model years 1955-1957 although production started in late 1954.

Which brings us to one of my questions about 800 series. Why was live pto avaliable early on in the form of 850 but rare in later years? My 841 has been in the family since new and I've had only two complaints, no live pto and power steering sucks.

The 850 didn't have live PTO but the 860 did. As for your 841 yes the power steering wasn't very good on them and that is why I haven't used my 841S for months the power steering only works a few minute before the power steering fluid leak out some place that I can find where it goes
