If you could see what was on tv or the color of the carpet you could tell alot. I think green was early 70's and gold was late 70s-early 80s if I remember right.

Concur. I think TVs in the 70s were starting to get smaller but who knows how old the one in the picture is. Our house was built mid sixties and our living room is paneling. Definitely a time when women could dress more modestly than today and still look very nice. I’m pretty sure I’ve never looked at a woman and thought: Wow, that nose ring really makes her look hot

I'm going to raise my guess a little. Farrah became famous around 1976, and the girl in the picture has a Farrah hair cut, so I'd say mid 70s.
