what you call it?

What do you call the round piece that the end of a throttle cable goes through and is threaded on both ends and has screws to tighten the cable.. Lost one and need to get another one but don't know a technical name for it.
 
It's called a wire stop. I spent a fair amount of time describing it before I finally found one.

NAPA has them in various sizes. The size typically used on small engine applications is Part Number 731-1135
 
They are easy to make. Drill a hole big enough for the cable through a nut from the top of a spark plug and find a screw the same thread as the top of the spark plug. It is good as any you can buy. I live a long way from the store and improvise a lot.
