Allen,

Keep us posted.... as it goes ... speaking for my self... I look forward to your posting.. see how you are doing or whatever...
THANKS... for shareing.... Mark

When I saw that part in the first picture about 2 weeks ago, I thought it was supposed to be a round tube.

Guess it was a little bent up, uh?

Had the local heating and air conditioning place build it and the walker "roof" (under the engine) out of 20 ga. steel. Those walkers had "come up thru 'er" unannounced.

Was gonna do it myself except I had no way of bending the stuff at an absolute/straight 90 degree angle on some of the edges. Need this bend to "fit" into the sidewalls properly.

That's going to be one sweet Silver Seeder when it's all done!

Does that model have the tailings return up by the cab so you can see how much is coming through? Only ones I've been around are the L2's...

Oh yeah,

Open the window, stick your hand in the chute hole and catch the tailings. :>)

L has both elevators on the same (right) side whereas the F has the clean grain over on the left side of the machine.

Cabs are absolutely identical on all models.

Alright, I follow ya. Lookin' good. Only problem I can see, is that the galvanization doesn't quite match the original steel. Then again it's under the engine, so...outta sight, outta mind. : )

Has anyone else seen the new "Allan in NE's Gleaner 250 miles" (200, 150, etc.) all across I-80?

Sort of reminds me of the Wall Drug signs.

Allan, you might be developing a tourist destination out there.
