Bought some equipment from a local power plant that was shut down, and a bunch of these were in a box. Some kind of latch, but any idea how or where it was used?

Looks like a jackover rig. For turning over engines. To the starting location. Used with air atarting system.

No cutting edge. It is some kind of latch, but no idea of the application. I have 6 of them, all unused.

Just another thing I have no use for now but would put "in stock" in case I found a use for it some time down the line. Seems like I have a lot of such items "in stock". LOL
