So my tractor is not reacting to the 3point Hitch steering and the bucket as it should. Bucket will raise, but it's not smooth. Steering doesn't want to engage. The 3 point hitch will lift and in. Or so or if I really work it I can get it raised It started pouring from here. But I'm not sure what this is. I'm hoping it's just a seal.. Can you tell me what this is called? So I can research how to properly access it. 5206067010 if you can text me through it

Model of tractor??? Guessing international 424,444,2444??? The leak appears to be the draft contro! Rod. Hitch cover needs to come of tractor to repair. Videos on u tube to repair
