I have a 1950 M that has been "helped" she is turning almost 54 horse at the pto. Needs lights and brakes rebuilt other that that she is in pretty good shape. No dents in the tin, will need a rear rim and tires someday. Looking to sell her . Need the cash and room in the shed.

Location is key.

In Maine I think that's closer to a $2000 dollar tractor but it really depends on the tires.

That being said I've seen the same tractors on Craigs List for months. Not sure if that's due to price or just a lack of interest.

I don't know your location, here in Iowa that is a $1200-$1500 tractor. Maybe more if it had power steering, live hydraulics, 9 speed, etc.

A new rim and 2 new rear tires will set you back by about $1,500. That tractor in southwest Iowa would bring about $800 to $900.
