Low hours and condition might add a little to Cmore price, but not much. If you need a haying tractor would be worth up to $7000 if you want to run an old open station tractor; cutter included?

5000 +/-.maybe a bit more because of the low hts.I own a 706 German with turbo.Vranking 96 horse.Converted to 56 series shifters.13,000 hrs.Without a doubt the best,most trouble free tractor I've ever owned.I will never sell it.

In todays tractor market a 67 706 GERMAN diesel you will give between 6500 and 9 grand for a good one . Nope this is not like back when i was buying them for 2750 to 3250 and gasses RUNNING for 650 -1250 .

the tractor vet is spot on. The rest of you are just saying what YOU would want to pay for this tractor.

At an auction that tractor would bring at least $7000. It has the "desirable" German diesel, which is rare in a 706. People go gah-gah over those German diesels even now for some reason, even though you can't hardly get parts anymore and when you do you pay dearly for them.

go to Auction time and look at auction results. that will give you a pretty good idea of what the country is paying for 706's. Or any other tractor you want to look at. Also any equipment you might want to buy or see a price on. Iron planet probably has a similar thing too.
