You need to tell what tractor you are working on and provide a picture of what you are talking about. You need to get the manuals for your tractor and use them to help you to identify things.

I can guess you might be talking about the 8N you have posted about in the past and that it might have a carb mounted sediment bowl leaking from the bowl gasket, however guessing can be wrong. Correct input from you will more likely get correct answers.

Very doubtful your tractor has an EFI system.

Carburator engines uses a carburetor.
EFI (electronic fuel injection) engines uses a Throttle Body.

Engines that use a CarbTronicUratorFuJection does not exist yet.

So what do you have a carburetor or fuel injection?
