Chisels have double angles so I was wondering about that. Some said maybe for sickle sections and the holes to size rivets. I thought maybe to pre set sieves in a threshing machine and the holes to size that type sieve. I'm sure I don't have the answer.

Jon as casedc3 showed it was a promotional item dealers gave away.I have one that my dad got from a AC dealer when he bought a new AC 60 combine.

Cold chisels have a double angle, wood chisels have a single angle though. But the advertisement with the different knives is probably the correct answer and very interesting.

Back in the 50's and 60's Case would offer a different item every year for their dealers to give away at open houses, county fairs, or at times when a customer got a demonstration of a new machine. Those manure spreader cleaning tools with the twine cutter and the wooden handle were another item that dealers gave away.
In the 60's they had a program every summer where customers who would get a demonstration of a new tractor would be entered into a drawing for a bigger ticket item to be given away at the end of the season. Among those prizes I remember an intercom set one year, another year, a black and white Polaroid camera, a 19 inch portable television.
