What year model did Ford change from the 5 x 5 1/2" bolt circle to the 5 x millimeters bolt circle on the F-150 wheels?

I"m thinking 97-98 and leaning toward 98

The 97 F-150 I just got rid of had the metric bolt patern.

Harold,

The 1997 model production was the first year. That's when the "slant-nose" F-150's were first built. I know, b/c I have one.
