Can someone help me ID what these are? I think they came from a box of 930 or 1030 parts.

Those are for an Allis Chalmers B or C. They hold the rim to the wheel. Two use an excentric bolt for tightening and the other are solid.
 
Awesome, thanks. Too funny - get an AC question answered on a Case forum. You guys rock. My brother has the C - guess I'll ask him if he needs them...lol.
