I recently ended up with a pile of wheel weights from a dealership closed. Looking to learn what these fit. I was able to ID those with casting numbers.

I think you're in for a real challenge if you hope to identify each and every one. Lots of foundries made wheel weights out of their leftovers with of course no markings.

Oliver never had a weight with 2 notches that close together. They were either round. Had a single notch or had 2 notches set at 90 degrees to each other. They are definitely IH Wheatland weights like rusted says.
Plus the ih number don’t lie. I can spot them weights a mile away , been adding and removing them on my 660 for years.
