what would a set of rear bolt on wheel weights cost now adays. these are the segmented style,that stick out like a flower pedal.what should i pay for a set?

It sounds like you are talking about pie weights.
They will fit 8Ns but not 9/2Ns
I have a set of them here that would work well on an 8N.

Have you tried filling your tires? That adds a lot of weight.
