Where to get Serial number plate

[dacaseguy]

I need a new serial number plate for my DC4. It seems like I got a form out of the Eagle or heritage magazine last time. Any one have the contact to get a plate. Thanks, Dick

Elmer's has them, I would imagine John Saeli can hook you up as well.
