Well...I do see a chain hanging down near the front, it looks like the strap is holding the ramp up. I also see a badly bent hitch and a front flat tire. let the fines add up!
 
Could be the same guy from Greeley that came last Friday to load our dualed up Case 3394. Had a one ton pickup and light 26 or 28 foot gooseneck tandem axle trailer.
 
You can already see the frame has buckled at the front of the bed. Hitch is higher than the rails. My bet is the jack will need a wheel to help support it as it travels.
 
From looking at the bent trailer and how far the wheels are up into the fenders I guess it could be real. But I too would expect to see the trailer crushed under that Cat.

That there's called Urban Dozer Security System.

They have a crane or larger excavator to lift the dozer and place it carefully on the trailer, then wait for some urban fool who thinks the trailer could actually get 10 feet away.

If it is a CAT D1, that would be over 17,000 pounds. Straps to hold the loading ramps up and gravity to hold the dozer down. What could possibly go wrong?
 
I can't count the lug nuts on the wheels.
I'm guessing it's a 7 or 10K trailer.
Enlarge the pic, the tires are soft on the bottom.
 
I have a road roller that was hauled on a trailer like that one. I saw the trailer and well it was a mess as in bent pretty badly. Riad roller has a tag on the side that says Army Corp of engineering on it 5-8 tons
 
Come on man The tongue was to low when hitching . It needed raised up some to set level. Now it is just right. Leverage advantage of the strap on the ramp says it is fine lets go. Git R done.
