I think they have been transferred.

Many times old threads are revived so they must be accessible, through the search function possibly.

Comments back to early June of 2007 appear to be in this new format.

Not sure but I think they admins are working on getting older comments in or into a searchable separate section.

Hi! @DoubleO7 is correct we have posts going all the way back to 2007 available and searchable here. As far as posts even older than that I am not sure the feasibility of reviving them. We did bring over all the articles etc with no time limit into the past, everything came to the new platform.
