which loader?

I would like to put a loader on my tractor but can't decide on which one. Easy on and off, and fast hydraulics are imprtant. My tractor is New Holland 3930 2wd. thanks for any help
 
My 3930 has a Bushhog 2426 QT loader on it that I am happy with. The only way you're gonna get fast loader action on a 3930 is to add a second hydro pump. New Holland makes a kit to do just that. I ain't in a hurry though.
