I have a GAS 400 Looking at a new manifold in the Stieners book I have they have 2 a Propane IHS659 or the one they have always sold IHS003.Looks the same but does the LP bolt up to my gas carb???And if it does work seems like more air??? More HP

A true propane manifold is a "2" piece design , meaning the exhaust and and intake are seprate [not connected]. This is true of a "M" SuperM ,400,or 450 manifold . The older M manifold is real neat looking , you will know it when you see it .
Us pullers use propane manifolds and yes the carb bolts right up. If your not pulling you maynot want one , because of the cost and the fact it requires more warm up time be for useing it .
I paid $475.00 for a mint 450 LP manifold then found a M one listed wrong for $100.00. There is a big differance between the two in reguards to intake and exhaust volume .

I'm betting what there selling is a all fuel manifold and a standard gas .
A true L.P manifold will always be a divorced design inreguards to Farmalls .

If your running a stock motor and want a little moe HP the standard "M" not super m , L.P manifold will work nice the runners are not as big as the 450 and the cost isn't as high .
