I just bought an old disc harrow for 80 bucks. I greased the fittings and everything spins smoothly now. The discs look a little beat up. I see agrisuply carries replacements. They measure just shy of 17". Ill assume they are 18s and just worn down pretty good. What other criteria needs to match to ensure the right ones? Are they relatively universal? If axle size matters, do I just pull the outer disk and measure the center opening in the disc. You can probably tell that I am new to all of this due to the likely wrong terminology. But please, if anyone could educate me, I would very much value any knowledge offered. Thanks!
