I was moldboard plowing yesterday with the 2-105 and I found myself having to hold down on the 3 point lift hydraulic control the last few rounds to keep the plow in the ground. (Just the front of the plow - the remote worked fine for the rear plow cylinder) If I took my hand off the control, the plow would raise up by itself. Since I had never plowed with this tractor before, I assumed it was a draft control issue so I just finished by holding down the control. When I went to unhook the plow, it would not stay down on the ground so I had to bungee the control arm down. There was definitely some spring pressure pulling the arm back up to about 1/2 way on the travel. Long story short, I got the plow unhooked and ended up tightening up the friction disc for the 3 point control arm. This appears to have fixed the issue but I am wondering if I actually fixed the problem or just masked it. What do you think?
