Did the pto work before ? Check the linkage, make sure a small roll pin didn't break between the handle in the cab down to the pto. Pull the cap off the top of the spool cover on the rear of the pto and make sure it moves with the lever. There should be 3 postions for that lever but only felt with hydraulic pressure. Brake, feather to on, and should stay on if held forward for a few seconds.
