White 2-70 Fuel Return Leaking

The fuel return is leaking on my 2-70 at the tee of the #6 injector. I tried tightening the two side fittings (the rear one has the hose on it), it might have helped a little but maybe not, it's still leaking. The hose going up to the tank looks OK and not leaking. The hose has a crimped steel flare fitting on it if original, is that correct?
The tees and lines are steel flare fittings, is that correct?

Where should I look for the leak and what parts will I need to repair? Thanks.

Those nylon tees need to be replaced every 6 to 10 years.The rear one usually breaks first.

Larry, thanks for replying. I will try to attach two pictures, one of rear tee that is leaking at the back connection for the hose to the tank. Also a clearer picture of one of the front tees that I was able to get a better shot at.

Are these the type of tees you are used to seeing? They look like metal to me, either steel or some kind of pot metal.

I have the WFE parts book for the 2-70 and also an Oliver shop manual for 1655's. Also the IT manual for the 2-70.
Even the parts book doesn't have a good picture. The IT book shows a nylon barbed tee.
I noticed that the nut in the middle of the tee is larger than the 2 at the ends. It takes a 9/16" wrench; the ones for the lines use a 1/2" wrench.
When I look closely at the picture I see the word "FLEX" on the fitting. Do you think this was a change made on the 2-70 and something special, to get from Agco? It looks like I may be able to get at these without removing exhaust manifold, what do you think?

I don't know where you're at, but we carry the rubber seal kits for those metal return tees. E-mail is ian at dieselcranks dot com . JD uses that older style system also, so your local JD guy should have those rubber rings in stock. I'm pretty sure 2-70 would have had plastic tees from factory, so somebody between new and you probably "back-dated" ( like updating only different, ) it for you.

Yes those are differant. Those fittings have a rubber ring inside that can be replaced.They are similar to the ones near the fuel pumps only smaller.I don't know if agco sells those small rings.
