White 2-70 Repower

I've seen this question asked before but not a lot of information forthcoming.
Anyway, our White 2-70 has/had a Waukesha 283 that threw a rod and and scored the crank amongst other damage so it's junk as far as I'm concerned.
What I do have is a 5.9 12 valve Cummins we pulled out of another tractor that is a good runner so I'd like to use that because I have it and to me it is essentially free.
So the question is what parts do I need to do the swap? Bell housing, clutch etc... And sources for parts. I am sure we can fab or machine most anything else needed but it would be helpful to know what we are getting into or if the cost to benefit is worth it. We like the tractor and hate to give up on a good horse!
Thank you in advance, J

Seems to me the White "American 60" model is just that, a 2-70 powered by a 5.9. (the series that could be bought in yellow, red, silver and green depending on your "heritage" preference)

Perhaps junkyard tractor and you have "factory" parts to make this work?

Thank You 495man!
Wasn't aware of the 60 configuration, not many White/Agco tractors sold in our area since the 1970s.
That would make sense though as the B Cummins are essentially interchangeable and I guess I knew that in hindsight.
Will pull the Waukesha and get some measurements and it's off to the salvager's.
J

I'll just correct that the 60 used the 4 cyl 3.9, not the 6 cyl 5.9, but like you mentioned, b-series so all should be good if measurements are fine
