Friend has a white 6105, think it is standard transmission, 3 shifters, light work, stopped moving, doesn't grind when shifting gears or any noise, does this have a manual dry clutch, any suggestions

Yes it has a manual dry clutch. The "power-shift", electronic high low switch located on the shifter works a hydraulic speed reduction circuit. Doesn t move in any combination of forward/reverse, hi-low, or power-shift hi-low?

also down under tractor, looking up at one of the shift levers, there is a tin cover and some little rods sticking out of transmission and looks like something should be on the bottom of that shift lever where it pivots maybe to work these rods???

Here are some pics from underneath the shifter, if helpful.

Is it front wheel assist? If so, try engaging the front wheels. If it moves the shaft holding the pinion gears in the differential may have fallen out. Happened with mine.
