Who built this?

This picture is has been on the internet for a while. Anyone know who built it? A lot of negative comments out there but I would like to have one.

I guess I can't understand those that would comment negatively on this. We are talking about a powerplant after all. Why would using it to power a custom trike out of it be any worse than using it to power a combine?
 
I would like to know what was used for the transmission and rear end. I think I fab the other stuff to make it work. Not interested in speed. 20 mph top end would be fine.
 
Classic! No clue who built it, but I like it! Don't know why anyone would bad mouth it? It reminds me of the original Cub Cadets I've seen with the original Kohler replaced with an IHC LA or LB engine. I'm sure some of you Deere fans have probably seen something similar with a JD 110 & matching hit-n-miss engine, for example.

I have (shockingly!) most of the parts....the power unit, Surge bucket, wheels, skull.....and my wife is not "petite"
