I found one for the regular up, but not a power steering on a cabbed model unfortunately
I must be missing something. Widening the axle should be the same. How does the cab affect the axle width? You are going to support the front end to get the weight off the axle, remove the axle bolts and move the axle knee out x number of holes and bolt it up, then lengthen the tie rod an equal amount. The clamps on the tie rod tube come off to move the tie rod end out, as the clamp bolts fit in notches in the tube and tie rod ends.

The steering setup seems to be different in the cabbed models with power steering than a standard 3600, i think the notched part of that link may be seized in hind sight
