Will engine side shields on 770 fit 880?

[ironhead29]

Still putting my early 880 gas back together. Missing the sheetmetal side shields on the engine that attach to the hood.

Looking for a parts tractor to get them from.

Will 770 sheetmetal fit the 880?

What about parts from an 88 or a Super 88 (or 77 or Super 77)? Would they fit?

Thanks

Sheet metal is the same for 770/880. What other parts are you asking about?

Thank you, all I am looking for at the moment is the engine side shields. I will look for a parted out 770 or 880 in my area.

Side sheet metal (Engine surrounds and clutch covers) from a Super 88 will also fit an 880.
