I'd have to say either John Deere twin hydraulic rakes or vermeer twins. I have welded up a few too many of those wheel rakes to care for them!
 
i have two wheel rakes that i use and have never had a problem with them. I like the way theu roll the hat in windrow, it makes it a lot easier for the baler to pickup. Most problems with wheel rakes is people using them in a speed race to see who windrow the most in one day. speed will kill them.
