Winter cover

Does anyone have a picture of a correctly installed winter cover for the 8N that can be purchased on this site? Twist-lock section to front? Wrapped around front axle? Bumper inside or out of cover? Radius rods inside or out? Dress left or right (lol)?
Thanks,
Pip

I used to have one before UV ate it alive (2-3 years). I put the twist lock mechanism up front with the bumper outside of the cover. On the rear I tied the cover around the top link of the 3 point.

No pictures, but I put it on the same way that Grove described. Grommets at front, covers engine, instrument panel, shifter, seat, and part of three point. I don't think it will work any other way.

I think they put the grommets in so you can check engine compartment w/o lifting the whole cover off.

Mine dresses to the center, but then I don't have a sidemount distributor...

Spent some time in Vernal when I was younger.
Worked for Haliburton and went all over. Red Rocks, South Ouray, Heber Canyon, Bonanza, Red Fleet, Dinosaur, etc.
The land of Utes is the best state outside of the Land O Lakes here. Maybe better for their politics. Though I do like water. I might have stayed if the girl I knew had been faithful. Blame that on her though and not the state. Still have a soft spot, even a Yearning for that country. What part do you hail from. If I may...

Thanks for the interest. I live in Las Vegas, but own some mountain property just east of Zion National Park. I have to pass through the park (short way) to get to it, and have a nice view looking west over it.

This time of year the area gets snowbound and the only way to get in there is with snow machine or snowshoes. The clay soil gets slippery when wet - worse than ice in my opinion - and is hell to drive on. I bring a trailer up a week or two before Memorial Day and store it in St. George at the beginning of November.

The pictures show the nicest view looking towards ZNP and a winter shot from a game camera about a couple of years ago. That camera has also caught a number of deer, a bobcat, badger, mountain lion with cub, and numerous other varmints.

I use my N to maintain the drive on the property, put in a food plot for the deer and do generaly cleanup as I cut down brush and thin out the scrub and dead trees. Love the place and Utah in general. Water is scarce, but I do have water rights and will need to get a well in, economy and funds willing.
