If not it does not look like any of the wire is damaged just the insulation covering.
Wrap each wire with some black tape to prevent shorting and be done with it.

I was noticing the black tape the electric company used on my drop line was still good and its been on there over 30 years.
(quoted from post at 14:19:57 09/13/21) SV has it. Brush on the liquid tape let dry put another coat on. Then you can fool with the shrink tube if you want. You can also then tag or label the wires. I would also let dry overnight after done.
