Wiring on a 574

[Dr travis]

I'm trying to rewire the lights on the old girl and trying to use some of the old harness. Some one has gotten thier grubby little fingers into it before and made a mess. Anyone have any suggestions or have an idea about some wiring diagrams.
Thanks Doc

Public library access to manuals is easy, call first. This site has manuals as well. JimN

I looked at the manuals on this site but not sure which would be the best. Suggestions?

Hi is the 574 Diesel or gas?

The reproduction IH repair manuals are good. The IT manuals cover several tractors but make different assumptions about the reader, and can ad insight. An owner's manual is also important. JimN

Hi, if you can find an Operators Manual for 454/574/674 they had a good wiring diagram in them. The newer 484/584/684 Operator Manual has a wiring diagram but is almost imposible to decode.
I have IT manual for 684 and it does not include wiring diagram.
If it was a Diesel model the wiring was less complex than gas model.

It is a gas, sorry I forgot to mention that earlier.
