Well nevermind. Can't upload a pic. Anyway I was able to tap the bottom pin out. The top won't budge and it looks completely different. Has a hole in the middle facing me that I can slide a screwdriver in and then on the left the pin gets smaller. It's hard to explain.

Looks like a roll pin that keeps the pin in the eye of the cylinder, does you screwdriver go completely though the hole when inserted? Or is it threaded for a zerk?

I'd agree with the roll pin idea. I'd rig up a C-clamp and hose that thing down with PB Balster, clamp it and try to P-U-S-H that pin thru. Leave the clamp on for several days if you have to, increase the pressure, it might push on thru.

A cotter pin normally goes into that hole. I would soak that hole good with penetrating oil and find a punch that fits the whole properly and see if you can drive out what ever type of pin they put into the hole.

Looks like a roll-pin. You need a large flat-head punch the same size as the outside diameter of the pin...and a big hammer.

Yeah it goes all the way through it.
