WK40 Oil Filter Assembly

I am looking for an oil filter housing / assembly for a WK40 motor…
Does anyone have any suggestions - I've had zero success finding one so far here in Australia.

I THOUGHT those were a derivative of the Red Diamond series... if so, anything from a 361 to a 501 should fit... although the base may not be identical to what was originally on your tractor.

those are the model FBB engine from the model D50 ih trucks. the red diamond engine was not even out at that time. check them old truck engines. this is one engine that parts are like hens teeth. the red diamond is a newer heavier built engine. i had some parts engines few years back.

Thank you! That gives me some leads. My engine just has a blanking plate where the oil filter body bolts on.

This is a photograph of the inside of the plate. I'll take one of the exterior when I'm at the farm.

That looks to be a pressure regulator! Might be necessary1 Jim

I checked my stock and the RD oil filter base is not the same, but close... close enough that you could make an adapter plate out of a piece of 3/8" plate and a couple of strategically drilled holes, if you have room next to the engine for the filter assembly.
